Stacy Watring

Hello! My name is Stacey Watring and I am the Residential care Coordinator for Kidwell Home.

I started in the Nursing field as a C.N.A in 2002 when I obtained my C.N.A. license. I worked in a hospital for 6 ½ years on their Skilled Nursing Unit and was a member of the Skin, Wound, Assessment Team (S.W.A.T.) where I received the Star Award for safety. I then decided to further my knowledge and nursing abilities and enter into a nursing program. I attended Boonslick Technical Education Center Practical Nursing program, where I graduated in 2009 with my L.P.N. license.

After graduation, I came to work at Good Shepherd Care Center as Charge Nurse and then in the summer of 2011 became Resident Care Coordinator of Kidwell Home. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be the nursing field. Helping people, the residents and their families, have always been truly important to me. Personally, working within the nursing field has been challenging, exciting, and very rewarding.
